Application deadline: same as CHEE 408 deadline
Circular Economy and Environmental Modeling: techno-economic analysis and life cycle assessment for a circular plastics economy. Work with an interdisciplinary open science consortium openplastic.com. More details coming soon.
  • Predicting protein activity from 3D structures using machine learning
Department of Chemical Engineering Supervisor: Prof. Laurence Yang

Application deadline: same as CHEE 408 deadline
    More details coming soon.
  • Health research using metabolic network modeling
Department of Chemical Engineering Supervisor: Prof. Laurence Yang

Application deadline: same as CHEE 408 deadline
Do you have a passion for researching a particular disease? Does cell metabolism play a central role in the cause, progression, or interventions for this disease? If so, genome-scale metabolic network modeling may be the right tool to gain insights into the disease, and to explore new intervention (e.g., drug targets, combination therapies, precision medicine approaches). Contact me to discuss designing a tailored project.
