About Me
Graham Greene is a biochemical engineering student in the final year of the undergraduate program at Queen’s University. His current thesis involves building a combined metabolic modeling and machine learning framework to predict antibiotic resistance in the pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa. His past research experience includes a 12-month bioprocess intern position at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) where he worked with animal cell culture to optimize protein yields. While completing his engineering degree, he is a teaching assistant for first year chemistry courses.
